Make Appointments with Sales Agents
Use the app to make detailed appointments with different builders based on the neighborhoods that you are most interested in.

Favorites
Keep a list of your favorite locations and builders stored within the app. It will enable you to pull up details quickly at any time.

Notifications
Receive notifications of homebuilder sales events, open houses, or even return messages from sales agents that you have contacted. Please Note: New Home Direct only displays community and builder data in large metropolitan areas in the US.
